I found the course really good overall, and it was definitely worth doing as a refresher. The training was delivered offsite at our company, which made it even more relevant to our day-to-day work. Lee was a great instructor – a really nice guy who made the day easy to follow and engaging.
What I found especially useful was comparing how different people carry out the same processes and being able to reflect on my own approach. That insight was really valuable and something I can take back into my work.
I would definitely recommend carrying out an offsite course to other companies.
