Towing Solutions’ Loading and Securing Trailers course is a TIA or NTTA industry-certificated training course which is specifically designed to help prevent accidents using trailers at work.
Course Details
Towing and Driver Checks
Health & safety plays an integral part in today’s working environment. The loading of any trailer, exhibition unit or mobile plant demands awareness of safe practice and the trailer law.
Designed For
All drivers and operatives that have the responsibility for the towing, loading and securing of mobile plant units and any other equipment. For example, local authorities, utilities personnel, civil engineers, plant managers and delivery drivers.
Summary
A half day practical course using full interactive exercises with vehicles and trailers in order to develop awareness of the key skills required to operate, load and secure trailers safely. All delegates are given an understanding of relevant trailer health and safety issues.
Incorporating pre-towing checks, hazard awareness, relevant towing law and health & safety legislation. This course will improve your employees’ safety awareness and loading skills.
Half day course (4 hours) – can train up to 8 delegates per course – £171.50 + VAT per person (this includes certification)
NB: Dependent on delegate numbers and facilities, this course can be delivered on-site at the delegates premises – please enquire. Travel costs may occur.
On Completion
Delegates will receive by email an industry-recognised TIA or NTTA certificate and an e-copy document containing details from the training session as well as some bonus top tips.
