NTTA Trailer Servicing & Maintenance Advanced Course
The NTTA Trailer Servicing & Maintenance Advanced Course is designed for trailer technicians, workshop fitters, mobile service engineers, team leaders and NTTA members who are looking to further develop their technical knowledge and practical servicing skills. Delivered by Towing Solutions Ltd, a training provider for the National Trailer & Towing Association (NTTA), this advanced programme supports technicians working within the towing and trailer industry.
To be a competent trailer service engineer, technicians must be able to identify specialist trailer components, understand servicing requirements, recognise worn or defective parts and diagnose faults efficiently. This advanced programme is ideal for businesses that service and maintain customer trailers, mobile service engineers, workshop technicians, team leaders and experienced fitters responsible for maintaining trailers, horse trailers, marine trailers, plant trailers and other towed equipment.
Designed by experienced trailer engineers for trailer engineers, the course focuses on the practical skills, servicing procedures and fault-finding techniques that technicians use every day in the workshop. Summary
This intensive one-day advanced training programme combines classroom-based learning with practical hands-on workshop activities. Delegates will participate in demonstrations, inspections, servicing procedures, fault-finding exercises and advanced maintenance techniques throughout the day.
Training focuses on the advanced aspects of trailer servicing, including commissioning, diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspection procedures and industry best practice. Delegates will receive a comprehensive set of course notes containing technical information, servicing procedures and useful reference material that can be used long after the course has been completed.

Attendance
This one-day course is delivered at our dedicated training facilities in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Training is limited to a maximum of six delegates per course to ensure a high level of practical participation and individual support.

Successful delegates will receive IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) and TIA (Towing Industry Award) certification as a Trailer Servicing & Maintenance Technician.
